According to lainformacion, the Airlines Association (ALA) has reached an agreement with AENA to withdraw the administrative appeal submitted before the Courts due to airport fee increases.
This announcement comes after the agreement reached in May on maximum airport fees for the next five years between Aena and the airline associations involved in the consultation process.
This agreement, has been signed by ALA’s President Mr. Pablo Olmeda and AENA’s General Director, Mr. Javier Marín.
According to Mr. Olmeda, this agreement, together with the one reached in May, is opening a way of cooperation and understanding between the airlines and AENA that will be beneficial for the wider industry and for all the parties involved.
